SEATTLE ROTARY FOURSOME IS MULTI-TALENTED

Wroten, Adams, Bell and Banner impress at Spiece Event, talk recruiting

by RAY MERNAGH

Seattle Rotary came a long way, long enough that they fully expected to win a title. That was before they met the uber-talented combination guard B.J. Young and his St. Louis Gameface outfit in the semifinals of last weekend’s Bill Henlsey Memorial Run ‘N Slam All-Star Classic in Fort Wayne (IN). Young killed Rotary with some help from the strong like an Ox Dantiel Daniels in the middle. Both Young and Daniels will get their own entries soon enough but lets talk about the four guys from Seattle that were so much fun to watch all weekend.

First up is Tony Wroten Jr, a top-ten player who can play the point or combo guard positions. Wroten is coming off an ACL he suffered during football season and the good news is he seems just about all the way back physically.

You can log-in or sign up for NBE Premium access by SUBSCRIBING (HERE) for as low as $2.08 a month with our annual introductory membership to read more on Wroten, who has long had a strong liking of the Big East, backcourt pals Anrio Adams, who already has a Big East offer, Gary Bell, a Gonzaga commit, and 2012 big man Zach Banner, who might be in the NFL someday as they talk recruiting this past weekend, as well as any of our Premium Content Articles & Event Coverage.
