Scouting Reports: July 2010 - One of the best games of the tournament was New Heights vs Ferrell’s Indiana Elite squad. With Cody Zeller (IMHO the top prospect here) in foul trouble, Indiana Elite seemed to struggle to find anyone to take the reigns and lead them. Ferrell did one helluva job trying though. His matchup with McMillan was fun to watch and Ferrell made 3 or 4 plays that made the gym go “OHHHHH!” He had some incredible finishes at the rim (he’s 5?10 and slight) plus some killer step back three’s off the bounce. Ferrell is the real deal folks and the list he gave me afterwards proves it (Ray Mernagh at Adidas Invitational).
