NBE BIG EAST POWER POLL (1/11/2010)

It has been a busy day at the NBE Basketball Report and things are just warming up (although, not too much outside) as the Big East season begins to get into the meat of its schedule. The official beginning of Big Monday tips off tonight with Louisville hosting Villanova.

Much of the spotlight and talk today has centered around Jerry Wainwright and his dismissal from DePaul. The Blue Demons continue to hold down the bottom spot in our weekly power poll…here is how the rest of the league fared in the voting (1st place votes in parenthesis):
