Scouting Reports: Nov 2010 – One of the top players in the class of 2013, Noel showed why he is so highly-regarded on Sunday. He was extremely active at both ends of the floor, blocking shots left and right on defense and grabbing plenty of offensive rebounds at the other end. Noel had multiple dunks and putback slams, both in transition and in the half-court, and his mere presence altered a ton of shots from Wilbraham & Monson. He does need to work on post moves and his back-to-the-basket game, but he is going to be a dynamite player once he adds some strength (Jeff Borzello at National Prep Showcase)

June 2010 - Although Noel rarely saw court time in the second half of BABC games this weekend (mainly because they blew everyone out), he was impressive while on the floor. He does need to add weight as he is still very skinny, but he has improved greatly over the past year. He has a good back-to-the-basket game and can finish around the rim. Noel runs the floor very well for a big man and has capable hands down low. He is tremendously athletic and rebounds and block shots well (Jeff Borzello at Rumble in the Bronx).

July 2009 – Noel is a fast-riser in the class of 2012 and showed immense potential today. The New Englander is very long and lanky, but he is extremely athletic and mobile for a player his age and size. He can block shots and rebound inside and also showed a nose for the ball when contesting passes to the wings. Noel can run the floor and has solid hands. He can also finish and dunk well down low (Jeff Borzello at Peach Jam)
