Scouting Reports: April 2011 - The 6-foot-1 lead guard competes, an ultimate compliment for one’s effort. With a tight handle, Britt gets into the lane and finishes. He also competes on defense, showing the willingness to defend. Offensively he utilizes a floater, but his jumper was not falling this weekend. His shot looks fine, form wise, and NBE has seen him knock down the perimeter shot in the past to know this was just one of those days. He did hit multiple pull-up J’s from 10-feet and excelled in transition either finding teammates or finishing on his own. (Ray Mernagh at Pittsburgh JamFest).
Dec 2010 – A year ago, Britt was skinny and not really strong enough to handle the rigors of a full-time starting job in the WCAC. However, he has vastly improved his strength and build, and has developed into one of the top point guards in the class. He is long and active defensively, and is quick enough to get past most defenders on his way to the rim. Britt is working on his outside shot, although it was inconsistent on Friday (Jeff Borzello at Gonzaga DC Classic).
