Michael Carter-Williams

Scouting Reports:
July 2010 - Carter-Williams was the best player at the Peach Jam on Day One. The Syracuse-commit scored a tournament-high 44 points in the opening game, including 20-for-24 from the free-throw line. He was absolutely fantastic against the Georgia Stars, as he also rebounded very well, getting loose balls and being active around the rim. The 6-foot-4 guard used his length to create havoc on defense and was able to hit threes from well beyond the arc as well. Early in the game, Carter-Williams was aggressive when driving the lane, and finished well (Jeff Borzello at Peach Jam).

July 2009 – Carter-Williams was another player who stepped his game up in the absence of several of the team’s best players. He has great size for a point guard and can do a lot of things. He has very good handle and can beat his defender to get into the lane. His size allows him to see over defenders and find the open man (Jeff Borzello at AAU Super Showcase).
