NBE PRE-SEASON BIG EAST POWER POLL & ALL-LEAGUE TEAMS

Well, the 2008-2009 college basketball regular season is upon us. NBE Basketball Report writers and contributors cast their ballots this week to vote on a Pre-season Big East Power Poll and on the 2008-2009 Big East Pre-season Player Awards. Here are the results (with 1st place votes in parenthesis):

2) Louisville (4): 134 points.
3) Pittsburgh: 124 points.
4) Notre Dame: 112 points.
