VERBAL COMMITMENT ALERT: Peyton Siva, (2009) 5’11, 160 lb (PG) from Seattle (WA) Franklin HS

Projected 2008-2009 Roster

Sophomores: George Goode (F), Preston Knowles (G)

2009 Commitment: Mike Marra (G), Rakeem Buckles (F), Peyton Siva (PG)

While Terrence Williams is scheduled to graduate and move to the pro ranks after the 2008-2009 season, Louisville head coach Rick Pitino again looks to the Pacific Northwest and the Seattle Rotary Select AAU program for another young star in Peyton Siva. Earlier today, the class of 2009 point guard decided to end his recruitment. The news of Siva to Louisville (Louisville Courier-Journal) is evidence again of coach Pitino’s far reaching power on the recruiting trail.
